House Rules

1. BETTING AND PAYOUT LIMITS:

1.1. Mzansibet reserves the right to limit the net payout on any bet or combination of bets by one Customer. This limit may vary depending on the specific sport, league, and type of bet offered.

1.2. Limits vary depending on the sport, the type of competition, and the type of bet offered.

1.3. Should several bets, containing the same selections be placed by one or more account holders and Mzansibet has reason to believe that these bets originated from the same customer/syndicate, Mzansibet reserves the right to limit the total payment of all such bets to the maximum amount that a single customer may win per bet type, the amount being R1,000,000, and Mzansibets decision in that regard shall be final and binding. For example: If there are 20 identical tickets with a payout of R12,000,000, the maximum the 10 tickets will pay combined is R1,000,000 with each individual ticket being R50,000.

1.4. The minimum bet placements:

  • R1.00 for all types of sports bets (including esports)
  • R1.00 for all slot games
  • R0.50 for all live games

1.5. The maximum net payout per single/multiple sports bets for sports betting is R1,000,000. This limit may vary depending on the specific sport, league and type of bet offered. For example, a bet placed on Soccer "English Premier League" (EPL) could have a maximum payout limit of R1,000,000, while the same bet placed on a match from the Denmark 1st Division Women may be capped at R400,000. These limits may also vary within the same league, depending on the specific event and/or market selection, as determined by our risk management strategy. This ensures that different events, leagues and sports are treated appropriately.

1.6. Mzansibet reserves the right to modify the limits (upon regulatory approval), either individually or collectively, and whether permanently or for specific bet types or markets. All relevant limits will be posted on the Mzansibet website, and it is the Customer's responsibility to be aware of these limits before placing any bets.

1.7. Event maximums or single bet maximums take precedence over the general maximum limit of R1,000,000 and apply across the board to all bet types. For example, while a bet on Basketball "NBA" may allow for a maximum payout of R1,000,000, the same bet on WNBA may have a lower cap, such as R500,000. These limits may also vary within the same league, depending on the specific event and/or market selection, as determined by our risk management strategy. This ensures that different events, leagues, and sports are treated appropriately.

1.8. The maximum amount that can be won on a multiple bet in Sports and/or Lucky Numbers is R1,000,000, regardless of events being concluded on multiple days. Bets placed over a number of days, or events occurring over a number of days are also subject to the maximum limit of R1,000,000. The amount that one customer may win on one day’s betting is determined by the day that the final event/market is resolved, and not by the day on which each bet was placed.

Please see below our Payout limits for the respective game categories:

  • 1. Sports Betting (Sports: Prematch and Live) = R1,000,000 Maximum Payout
  • 2. BetGames (BetGames: All Betgames) = R1,000,000 Maximum Payout
  • 3. Lucky Numbers (Lucky numbers: All lottery games) = R1,000,000 Maximum Payout
  • 4. Games (All slots games (Habanero, Endorphina, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Live, Evolution, Red Tiger, NetEnt, No limit, Big Time Gaming, Spribe,) = R1,000,000 Maximum Payout
  • 5. Horse Racing:
The following daily payout limits per Customer apply to horse racing exotic bets. These limits do not apply to exotic bets taken on the Tote.
    (i) Single bet: R200,000;
    (ii) Double: R300,000;
    (iii) Treble: R400,000;
(iv) 4 or more legs: R500,000.

In relation to winning bets on horseracing, the limits shall apply, and payment shall be effected, in proportion to the amount staked, with the base amount being R1 per bet. For avoidance of doubt, this means that if the Customer wagers a fractional bet of –

  • 30c (thirty cents) on a Trifecta which pays a dividend of R39,000 (thirty-nine thousand Rands) (per R1 wagered), the Customer will be paid R11,700 (being 30% of the Firstbet limit of R40,000), or
  • 50c (fifty cents) on Jackpot which pays a dividend of R140,000 (One hundred and forty thousand Rands) (per R1 wagered), the Customer will be paid R70,000 (being 50% of the Firstbet limit of R140,000).

In relation to winning bets on horseracing, no payout shall be greater than the dividend declared by SAFTote, and each such payout shall be subject to the prevailing Mzansibet limit where the dividend declared by SAFTote exceeds the Mzansibet limit.

All dividends declared by SAFTote in respect of horseracing are based on a bet of R1,00. Where a Customer has bet a fractional amount (less than R1) on the same bet type with Mzansibet, the amount payable will be adjusted proportionally, e.g. where SAFTote has declared a dividend of R100 in respect of a Trifecta, but the Customer has wagered 70c (seventy cents) on the same winning Trifecta, the Customer will be paid R70 (i.e. the R100 dividend x 70%).

2. RULES OF INDIVIDUAL GAMES AND BETTING EVENTS

2.1. When Rules are published on the Website for any market, game, or other event or contingency where betting is offered, it is the Customer's responsibility to read, fully understand, and agree to be bound by those Rules.

2.2. These Rules are an integral part of these Terms and include crucial details regarding the mechanics of the relevant game, event, or contingency, as well as the manner and restrictions under which betting can occur. The Customer must read these Rules in full before participating in any betting on the specified market, game, event, or contingency.

3. EVENTS AND CONTINGENCIES ON WHICH BETTING IS OFFERED

3.1. Mzansibet, at its sole discretion, will determine the markets, events, or contingencies on which betting will be offered, with the following conditions:

  • Multiple bets are not accepted if the outcome of one part of the bet influences the outcome of another. If the customer inadvertently or intentionally places a multiple bet on related contingencies, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
  • Any multiple bet comprising more than one selection from the same event will be considered a related contingency (e.g., Chelsea to win the semi-final and Chelsea to win the tournament).
  • Any multiples involving the same team, its players, or the same selection will also be deemed a related contingency (e.g., Paul Pogba to be Man of the Match and Manchester United to win the match).

3.2. Mzansibet may occasionally set minimum or maximum stake amounts for any market, either generally or in specific instances. It is the Customer's responsibility to check before placing a bet whether such limits apply to that market and, if so, what those limits are.

3.3. Mzansibet may establish minimum or maximum amounts that a Customer can win or lose on a bet, either generally or in specific instances. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify before placing a bet whether such limits apply to that market and, if so, what those limits are.

3.4. Mzansibet may, at its sole discretion, occasionally allow Customers to place bets during the course of a certain event ("bets in-running"), provided that:

  • Mzansibet will not accept bets in-running for an event that is part of a series of events over a period of time, and
  • If the relevant event is not televised, no bets in-running shall be offered.

3.5. The nature and extent of any spreads offered by Mzansibet will be determined periodically at Mzansibet's sole discretion. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the current spread before placing a bet.

4. PROCEDURE FOR PLACING BETS

4.1. The Customer shall place their bets via the internet or through other electronic media provided by Mzansibet.

4.2. Regardless of the origin or physical location of the Customer or any electronic signal used to place bets, any betting transaction between Mzansibet and the Customer is only valid once accepted by Mzansibet's server. Until acceptance, no communications from the Customer are binding on Mzansibet, and all information displayed on the Site is merely an invitation to play. If Mzansibet chooses to waive a rule in the interest of fair play to the Customer or for any other reason, such a waiver applies only to the specific transaction and does not set a precedent.

4.3. Any bet accepted by Mzansibet will be considered to have been placed at its licensed premises.

4.4. Mzansibet, at its sole discretion, may choose to accept or reject a requested bet or any part of it.

4.5. The Customer authorizes and consents to all electronic or other communications related to any placed bet being recorded by Mzansibet in any manner it deems appropriate. These records will be retained as long as Mzansibet deems it necessary. The Customer acknowledges that Mzansibet is required by law to keep such records, which may be used for the investigation and resolution of disputes or for any other lawful purpose.

4.6. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their bet is accurately placed and recorded by Mzansibet. Mzansibet will provide confirmation of a bet to the Customer as required by law or as reasonably requested by the Customer.

4.7. Mzansibet will accept bets during normal South African business hours and at other times as it deems appropriate.

4.8. The Customer must ensure they have full knowledge of the rules applicable to the market in which they intend to place a bet.

4.9. Placing a bet on any market signifies the Customer’s acceptance of the Rules published by Mzansibet for that market and these Terms.

4.10. While Mzansibet strives to ensure complete accuracy in announcing, publishing, and issuing prices, start times, and results, it does not accept responsibility for any errors that may occur. Mzansibet reserves the right to correct such errors at its sole discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer indemnifies and holds Mzansibet harmless for any losses, whether potential or actual, direct or indirect, resulting from any such errors.

4.11. The time of acceptance of a bet is the time at which the bet is recorded on Mzansibet's wagering software.

4.12. Any bet accepted after the "off" or starting time of the event (other than in-running bets) will be null and void. Any bets placed on results already known at the time of placement will be voided or canceled by Mzansibet.

4.13. Mzansibet may introduce additional or new markets from time to time. It is the Customer's responsibility to read and accept the market rules applicable to such markets before placing any bets.

5. VOID BETS

5.1. Mzansibet reserves the right to declare any bet wholly or partially void if the bet:

  • Has been offered, placed, or accepted due to an error;
  • Has been accepted under circumstances where it would not ordinarily have been accepted, such as due to technical problems with the Website;
  • Was placed as part of or in the process of Syndicate Betting;
  • Was struck in relation to an event where the result was already known, unlawfully determined, or influenced by unlawful conduct;
  • Was struck in relation to an event where a subsequent announcement significantly alters the prevailing odds;
  • Is affected by any other situation beyond Mzansibet's control that materially affects the conduct of the event or the prevailing odds, including acts of God, national, provincial, or global emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, or similar phenomena.

5.2. Mzansibet may declare a bet wholly or partially void in the event of any malfunction occurring or found to have occurred in relation to the bet.

5.3. For the purposes of "malfunction" refers to any technical, operational, communication, electronic, or programming error, defect, flaw, or failure, whether immediately detectable or not, occurring on the Website or in any:

  • Device, hardware, or equipment;
  • Betting system, software, program, data file, or any related content;
  • Game software, program, data file, or any related content,
owned or used by the Customer for betting or operated and/or provided by Mzansibet, which:
a. Causes any game or product to operate contrary to the rules published on the Website;
b. Corrupts, suspends, or interrupts the normal or intended operation of any game or product;
c. Results in an outcome that is clearly inconsistent with the normal or intended operation of any game or product.

5.4. Mzansibet may void a bet at any stage, regardless of whether:

  • The event on which the bet was placed has been settled or not; or
  • The Customer has received notification from Mzansibet that the bet is a winning bet and/or that winnings are payable.

5.5. In the case of an invalid selection and/or subsequent scratching in a multiple or combination bet, the invalid selection shall be ignored, and the stake will run onto the other selections in the bet at the price indicated on the ticket/betting slip issued.

5.6. Mzansibet reserves the right to withhold payment and/or declare bets void on an event (or series of events) if there is sufficient evidence that:

  • The integrity of the event has been called into question;
  • The price(s) or pool have been manipulated;
  • Match-fixing or rigging has occurred, or the event is under investigation due to an allegation to that effect.

5.7. If a bet is voided, the amount staked will be returned to the Customer.

6. ERROR

6.1. Mzansibet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to adjust, limit, cancel, and/or reject any bet that was accepted in error.

6.2. If an official correction is made regarding any price on an event that was previously transmitted incorrectly, all bets placed at the original price will be settled at the corrected price.

6.3. If odds for a bet or event were misstated:

  • Due to a system or computer malfunction; or
  • Because of any other error, where it is evident that the stated odds were skewed or incorrect compared to the prevailing odds in the broader market, the bet or event will be considered to have taken place at the correct price(s) available in the general market at the time the bet was placed, and all winning bets will be settled accordingly.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. Mzansibet's liability to the Customer for any damages, including those arising from negligence, shall be limited:

  • In the case of damages related to a bet, to the amount staked by the Customer for that bet.
  • In relation to the Customer's account with Mzansibet, to the credit balance of the account at the time of the alleged damages, after adjustments for winnings, losses, and taxes.

7.2. Mzansibet shall not be liable for any loss of profits, winnings, potential profits, or potential winnings, or any indirect or consequential damages sustained by the Customer, regardless of negligence.

7.3. If Mzansibet's obligations under these Terms are carried out by its servants, agents, subcontractors, associates, or subsidiaries, the relevant provisions shall apply accordingly, and they shall be exempted accordingly.

7.4. Mzansibet shall not be liable if the Customer is unable to place a bet due to congestion or interference on telephone lines, telephone systems, exchanges, or any other electronic communication media used for betting.

7.5. Mzansibet may postpone its obligations to the Customer, in whole or in part, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, war, epidemics, pandemics, or other similar causes. Mzansibet shall not be responsible for any damages suffered by the Customer as a result, and the Customer shall not be entitled to terminate its contractual relationship with Mzansibet.

7.6. The Customer acknowledges that their use of Mzansibet services is at their own risk, and they assume all responsibility. Mzansibet services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

7.7. Mzansibet shall not be responsible for:

  • Any failure, malfunction, or delay of electronic funds transfer units or other credit card processing machines beyond its control.
  • Any damages, loss, or expense suffered by the Customer as a result.
  • Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to data or incorrect information supplied through electronic funds transfer units or credit card processing machines.

7.8. The Customer indemnifies Mzansibet, its employees, officers, directors, and affiliates against any costs, expenses, liabilities, and damages arising from any legal action related to interactions with Mzansibet. This includes legal actions related to the legality of online gambling or gaming in the Customer's jurisdiction.

8. RULES OF INDIVIDUAL GAMES AND BETTING EVENTS

8.1. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure they have read and fully understood the Rules published on the Website for any market, game, or event offered for betting. By placing a bet, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Rules.

8.2. These Rules form an integral part of these Terms and include crucial provisions regarding the mechanics, restrictions, and manner of betting on the relevant game, event, or contingency. Customers must read these Rules in full before participating in any betting activity on the Website.

9. CASH OUT

9.1 Sportsbook for some Sports and markets offers the player to use the function of cashout (to get the calculation of bets before the final determination of the outcome of the market). Cashout is not offered on the 2-source markets, where the possible outcome is not available for betting and in the case of which there is a return on the market (payment at odds of 1). If for any reason the cashout function has been applied to such markets, Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel such bet and recalculate in accordance with the official result. Sportsbook has the right to cancel the cashout feature at any time without any notice to the players. Cashout is determined automatically by the system and if any influencing factors change, it is also changed and offered automatically.

10. GENERAL BETTING RULES

Mzansibet determines the maximum payout limit per customer for each sport at its discretion. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of these limits before placing a bet. In the case of an accumulator or multiple-leg bet, the maximum payout will be based on the lowest limit.

Dead-Heats: When a Dead-Heat occurs winners are paid on a “split-stakes” basis. (e.g. if 2 horses dead-heat then half the stake is paid as a winner.)

Palpable Error Rule: All odds, lines, and handicaps may fluctuate and are finalized only at the moment of bet acceptance. If a palpable error or system failure leads to an incorrect price, line, or handicap being included in a bet, the entire bet, or the affected portion in the case of a multiple/parlay, will be voided. If the error is identified promptly, Mzansibet will make reasonable attempts to notify the customer, providing the option to place a new bet with the correct odds, line, or handicap.

Bets on events that have started will be void unless it is a live-betting event.

If a fixture/event is not played or postponed on its scheduled date for any reason, all bets will remain valid for the following day. However, if the fixture/event remains unplayed after that period, all bets will be voided. This rule applies to all sports except Tennis, Baseball, and Football tournament/non-regular season matches.

If any Baseball game is postponed the above rule (General Rule 5.) does not stand and all stakes will be voided as soon as confirmation of postponement is received.

The official result stands as final for settlement purposes, unless specific rules dictate otherwise. Podium positions in Motorsport racing, medal ceremonies in athletics, and any similar official ceremonies or presentations in other sports are considered the official result.

If a match is abandoned due to factors such as injury, bad weather, or crowd trouble, all bets that have already been settled up to the time of abandonment will remain valid. For instance, if a football match is abandoned during the second half, all bets related to the first half will remain valid. Additionally, if a goal has been scored, bets on the first goal scorer market will stand, but bets on the last goal scorer and any time goal scorer will be voided. In tennis, if a player retires injured during the third set, bets on the outcome of the first and second sets will stand.

Multiple bets that include different selections within the same event are not permitted if the outcome of one selection can affect or is affected by another.

Mzansibet retains the right to reject any bet in its entirety or in part, and to void ambiguous bets. However, no bets will be unreasonably declared void.

Mzansibet reserves the right to cancel any bets from customers who place money on an event where they are in any way involved, as participants, referee, coach, etc.

For the purposes of the odd/even markets – zero goals/points count as even, unless specified.

Collusion

  • When a client submits multiple identical bets, they may be consolidated into one, resulting in all bets except the first one being voided. Similarly, if multiple bets include the same single selection, they may be treated as a single bet, with only the first one being considered valid. For instance, if one particular selection is consistently included in multiple bets alongside other short-priced selections, only the first bet will remain valid.
  • If there is evidence indicating a pattern of bets, each containing the same or very similar selections, being placed by the same individual, syndicate, or group of individuals, Mzansibet reserves the right to declare these bets void.

Using a "banker" selection or selections to bypass online limits is prohibited. Mzansibet retains the right to invalidate any bets where a single selection ("a banker") is combined with other selections to circumvent the online betting limits. In such cases, all bets except the first one placed may be voided.

Mzansibet bears no responsibility for errors concerning the announcement, publication, timing, results, or venues displayed on this site, despite diligent efforts made to maintain accuracy. It is solely the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of such information at the time of publication.

Mzansibet retains the authority to withhold payment and nullify bets on an event if evidence suggests the following: (i) the integrity of the event has been compromised, or (ii) match-fixing has occurred. Such evidence may be derived from the scale, volume, or pattern of bets placed with Mzansibet through any or all of our betting channels.

Mzansibet permits only one account per individual. Any additional accounts created using the same postcode, personal details, or IP address that are deemed related to an existing account may be promptly closed, and any associated bets voided, at the discretion of Mzansibet. Additionally, Mzansibet reserves the right to retrieve any winnings obtained through such means.

Unless otherwise specified in conjunction with the bet offer or in the Sport Specific rules, all bets are considered valid for the result at the end of "Regular Time" or "Full Time" only. "Regular Time" or "Full Time" is defined in accordance with the official rules published by the respective governing association. For example, in football, full time comprises 90 minutes including injury time, while in ice hockey, it consists of 3 x 20 minute periods. If the governing association determines before the event that it will be played over a different duration, this will be considered the official rule. However, this applies only to the regular playing time and excludes any extra time or overtime unless explicitly stated. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the event's duration before placing their bet.

Live In-Running Betting Rules

We strive to maintain the accuracy of all information presented on our site, but it is intended for guidance purposes only. We accept no responsibility in the event of inaccuracies in specific information such as dates, times, scores, results, etc. Please refer to our betting rules for all pertinent details regarding bet settlements. Players should be mindful that live transmissions for in-play betting may experience delays, which can vary among players due to factors like network speed, connectivity, and other external factors beyond Mzansibet's control.

If we have grounds to suspect that a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is already known or after the selected participant or team has gained a significant advantage (such as a score, sending off, etc.), we retain the right to invalidate the bet, regardless of whether it results in a win or loss.

Sport betting Rules

American Football

  • Overtime is considered in all markets unless specified otherwise. In markets such as "Win/Draw/Win" and "half time - full-time," the settlement is based on the result at the conclusion of Regulation Time and excludes Overtime, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • In Player Match-Up Bets, it's required that all quoted players participate in at least one down for the bets to remain valid. Regarding Player Props, bets are considered active if the player competes in one down.
  • In the event of a tie, or draw, or if the final outcome matches the exact number of quoted points in a two-runner event where no price is provided for this outcome, it results in a "push." In such cases, single bets are resolved by returning stakes, while for multiple bets, the selection is regarded as a non-runner, and the bet is settled based on the remaining selections.
  • In Match-Half and Quarter Betting, it's necessary for the entire match-half or quarter to be completed in full for bets to remain valid.
  • For all props, total points, and special markets to stand, the fixture must be concluded in full. If the match is not completed in full, bets will be refunded unless additional play could not impact the result.
  • Conference Winner Markets are settled based on the winner of the Conference Finals during the playoffs. Bets on teams to win the division will be settled according to the official standings.
  • In 1st Offensive Play betting, it's important to note that a quarterback sack is considered a pass play.
  • For the following Markets, your player must be suited up and active for bets to stand: First/Last and Anytime Touchdown Scorer. Additionally, [D/ST] (Defense/Special Teams) refers to the team's defensive unit or special teams.
  • Abandoned or postponed matches are considered void unless rescheduled and played within the same NFL weekly schedule, which typically runs from Thursday to Wednesday local stadium time. However, this does not apply to bets that have already been determined at the time of abandonment or postponement.

Athletics

  • Bets are settled based on the result immediately declared by the official International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF), regardless of any subsequent inquiry.
  • If a track or field event is canceled for any reason prior to the event, all bets will be void.
  • The total medal tally will be determined by the officially published IAAF results. Any subsequent disqualifications or alterations will not be taken into account.
  • Dead Heat rules apply.
  • In case of postponement and rescheduling, if the event is rescheduled to occur within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets will remain valid. • Athletes against The Field - All named athletes must start for bets to be valid. 'The Field' includes all other unnamed runners.
  • Head to Heads - For bets to stand, both competitors/teams must start; if either competitor does not start, all corresponding bets are void.

Specials

  • Final Digit, Order Betting, To Break World Record - Named athletes must start for bets to stand.
  • Bets on the final digit of an athlete's performance are settled according to the official results. For example, if the winner of the 200m race completes it in 19.96 seconds, the final digit, 6, would be used for settlement purposes. Similarly, for the Long Jump winner with a distance of 8.32m, the final digit, 2, would be declared the winner for settlement purposes.
  • Order Betting is settled on the official result. For any named athletes who do not compete, bets are void.
  • The named competitor must start the event for bets to stand.
  • A DQ (disqualification) counts as starting the event

Australian Rules/AFL

General Rules

  • All match markets include overtime if played unless otherwise stated.
  • Regulation time must be completed for bets to stand unless otherwise stated.
  • If the duration of a match is changed by the governing body before the start of play, the revised game length will be considered the official regulation time for the match. All bets will stand as long as this new regulation time is completed.
  • If a match venue is changed, bets that have already been placed will remain valid as long as the home team is still designated as such. However, if the home and away teams for a listed match are reversed, bets placed based on the original listing will be void.

Season Betting:

Seasonal markets offered, except Premiership winner, are based on the regular season and the official AFL ladder. If teams are tied, the winner is determined by percentage (or worst percentage for Wooden Spoon). Regular season completion is required for bets to stand. Penalties or appeals after the season won't count for betting purposes.

Badminton/Squash

If consistent independent evidence is lacking or there is significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.

Baseball (MLB)

  • American and National League winner markets are settled based on the winners of the two League Championship Series in the playoffs.

Pre Games Rules:

  • Listed pitchers must start - a bet that specifies both starting pitchers. Any deviation constitutes no action. Bets with 'One specified pitcher' and 'Listed pitchers must start' that were made when the named pitcher was originally listed will be void if the listed pitcher is changed and then re-listed back to the original pitcher.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of any relevant pitching changes.
  • Extra innings if played will not count in all markets unless Inning or Period specific.

4½ innings rule:

  • If a game is 'called' or suspended, winners and losers for betting are official after at least 5 full innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4½ innings. In such cases, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called. Suspended games do not carry over.

8½ innings rule:

  • For total and run-line (handicap) betting, the game must go at least 9 full innings (or 8½ innings if the home team is ahead) for bets to stand. Suspended games do not carry over.

Side and Prop Betting:

  • If a game is suspended, winners and losers for betting are determined after at least 5 innings of play, or four and a half innings (see 4 ½ Innings Rule) if the home team is winning. The winner is determined by the score after the previous full inning unless the home team ties the game or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time that the game is suspended. Stakes will be refunded if the home team ties the game and it is then suspended.

Totals Betting:

  • When betting on Total Runs, the game must go to 9 innings (see 8 ½ Innings rule if the home team is ahead) for bets to stand, unless the Game Total has already gone over. If a score has already exceeded the quoted Total, then bets on the Over will be settled as winners, with bets on the Under settled as losers. This includes situations where the natural conclusion of the game would have meant the outcome of the total quoted would be determined (e.g., an MLB game is called or suspended at 5-5). In such cases, bets Over 10 or 10.5 would be settled as winners, with bets on Under 10 or 10.5 being settled as losers, since any natural conclusion to the match would have at least 11 runs.
  • In Team Totals betting, the 8 ½ innings rule applies except where the team total has already exceeded the quoted total. If the team total has already gone over the quoted total, then bets on the Over will be settled as winners, while bets on the Under will be settled as losers.

Run Line (Handicap) Betting:

  • In Run Lines (Handicaps) betting, the game must go to 9 innings (or 8 ½ if the home team is ahead) for bets to stand.

Individual innings bet:

  • The full inning must be concluded for bets to stand unless additional play could not influence the result.

Winning Margins:

  • In MLB betting, subject to the 8 ½ innings rule, settlement includes extra innings. If an MLB game ends in a tie when called or suspended, bets will be void.

First x Innings bets:

  • Bets will be settled based on the result after the first x innings have been completed. The full inning or period must be played for bets to stand unless additional play could not influence the result.

First to Score bets:

  • The first team to reach the required number of runs will be settled as the winner. Bets on Neither require the 8½ innings rule to apply to be settled as winners.

Team Scoring First Wins Game:

  • 8½ innings rule applies.

Last to Score

  • 8½ innings rule applies.

Player and Pitcher bets:

  • Winning bets must predict the performance of players/pitchers in the match. For match-up bets to stand, both players must be in the official starting lineup.
  • Bets stand provided that 8½ innings are played. In the event of a pitching change, all bets will be void (no action).
  • Most Total Bases bets are calculated by adding all hits a player makes as follows: Single = 1 Base, Double = 2 Bases, Triple = 3 Bases, Home Run = 4 Bases. Only these hits count towards the total bases.

In-Play Rules:

  • All In-play bets stand irrespective of starting pitchers.
  • All markets include extra innings unless stated as individual or period-specific.
  • Money Line is subject to 4 ½ Innings rule.
  • Totals / Run Line are subject to 8 ½ Innings rule.
  • 9 Inning markets do not include Extra Innings and are subject to the 8 ½ innings rule.
  • Individual Innings/Period Specific bets require the full inning or period to be played for bets to stand unless additional play could not influence the result.

MLB Playoff Games only:

For any suspended MLB playoff game that resumes within 72 hours of the suspension, all bets will stand and be settled after the completion of the game. If the game is not completed within 72 hours following the time of suspension, then all bets will be void unless settlement of bets is already determined.

Proposition Bets:

  • Regular Season Series Wagers: Betting on MLB Regular Season Series centers on the outcomes of the first three matches in each series. Pitchers are left unspecified, guaranteeing that all bets stay live irrespective of the starting pitchers. Teams are prohibited from competing against other opponents between scheduled games. Only the initial trio of games played holds significance for betting results. Bets hold their validity provided that a minimum of two games are completed. In case two out of the initial three games are delayed or called off, all bets are nullified. Any games called will be factored into grading if officially recognized as regulation matches (in accordance with the 4 ½ innings rule).

Regular Season Wins:

  • Wagers will only be active if all 162 regular season games are played unless the outcome is already decided.

Grand Salami:

  • The Baseball Grand Salami outcome is determined by the total runs scored in all MLB games scheduled for that day (local date), with no specific pitchers listed. The 8½ innings rule applies to all scheduled games. If any game is canceled or halted before completing 8½ innings, all wagers on the Grand Salami will be voided.

Settlement of Bets:

  • All bets are settled based on the official score as provided by the official league source.

Basketball

However, if a game is postponed or canceled before its scheduled start time, all bets associated with that game are voided.

NBA

In NBA games, regular time consists of 48 minutes of play. To validate bets, at least 43 minutes of play must occur. If a game is abandoned before 43 minutes of play, all bets, except those with a determined outcome, are void. However, if an official result is declared, all bets remain valid.

WNBA

In WNBA games, regular time consists of 40 minutes of play. For bets to stand, at least 35 minutes of play must elapse. If the game is abandoned before 35 minutes of play, all bets, except those with a determined outcome, are void. However, if an official result is declared, all bets remain valid.

NCAA

In NCAA games, regular time consists of 40 minutes of play. For bets to stand, at least 35 minutes of play must elapse. If the game is abandoned before 35 minutes of play, all bets, except those with a determined outcome, are void. However, if an official result is declared, all bets remain valid.

  • Handicap Betting, also known as "Points Spread," involves predicting the team that will win the match after adjusting the actual score based on the handicap.
  • Total Match Points betting involves predicting whether the total points scored in the match will be over or under a specified figure.

Player Match-Ups/Performances

  • Betting is offered on the performance of named players in various aspects such as points, rebounds, assists, blocks, and free throws. Push rules are applicable in these markets.
  • For player-related bets to stand, the relevant players must be suited up and participate in the game. Overtime is considered for all player props unless stated otherwise.
  • In player match-up bets, the performances of individual players are compared for betting purposes. Handicaps may be applied to each player's actual score to determine the outcome. Push rules are applicable in these bets.
  • To win in a Double/Double bet, a player must achieve 10 or more in two out of the following five statistical categories: Points, Assists, Rebounds, Blocked Shots, and Steals.
  • To win in a Triple/Double bet, a player must achieve 10 or more in three out of the following five statistical categories: Points, Assists, Rebounds, Blocked Shots, and Steals.

In-Play Game Bets EXCLUDE Overtime unless otherwise stated

  • If a game is postponed or canceled after it has started, all bets on the game and second half will stand if their outcome is already determined or if there are 5 minutes or less remaining at the time of the postponement or cancellation; otherwise, bets will be voided.

In-Play Half Bets

  • First-half bets will stand only if the first half is completed. In the event of a game being postponed or canceled after it has started, game and second-half bets will stand only if there are 5 minutes or less remaining unless the settlement of bets is already determined.

In-Play Quarter Bets

  • Bets on a quarter will be valid only if the quarter is completed unless the settlement of bets is already determined.

  • To Win Division – NBA tie-break rules apply.
  • To Win Conference – The team that progress to the NBA Championship will be deemed the winner of the Conference.
  • All market settlements will be based on official rankings and statistics as provided by the respective tournament governing bodies, such as the NBA, WNBA, and NCAA.

  • All bets stand regardless of team relocation, team name change or season length.

Series Betting

  • Bets are void if the statutory number of games (according to the respective governing organizations) are not completed or are changed.

Settlement of Wagers

  • Bets will be settled based on statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition or fixture. If these sources are unavailable or deemed unreliable, independent evidence will be used to determine bet settlement, especially in cases where there is significant evidence of inaccuracies in the official sources.
  • If there is no consistent independent evidence available or if there is significant conflicting evidence, we will settle bets based on our own statistics.

All Other Basketball

  • Overtime does not count on all markets unless otherwise stated.
  • In Win/Draw/Win and Double Chance markets, the settlement is based on the result at the end of regulation time, excluding any overtime periods.
  • For player match-up bets, all the quoted players must compete in the game for bets to stand.
  • In the event of a tie, draw, or when the quoted points result in a push in a two-runner event where no price is offered for this outcome, it is considered a "push". For single bets, stakes are returned, while for compound bets, the selection is treated as a non-runner, and the bet is settled on the remaining selections.
  • For match-half and quarter betting, the entire half or quarter must be completed in full for bets to stand.
  • All prop bets, total points, and special markets stand only if the fixture is completed in full. If the fixture is not completed, bets will be refunded, except for those markets where the outcome has been unconditionally determined.
  • Player props are settled including any overtime, unless stated otherwise.

Beach Soccer

Match Betting

  • A match must be played within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time for bets to stand.
  • If a match is canceled or doesn't take place for any reason, such as a player withdrawing due to injury, all pre-match bets will be voided, and stakes will be returned.

Boxing

Bet Settlement

  • Bets will be settled based on the official result announced in the ring, and any subsequent appeals or amendments will not affect settlement, except in cases of human error when announcing the result.
  • If a boxer fails to come out for the next round, bets will be settled on the assumption that his opponent won the bout in the previous round.
  • If there's a change to the scheduled number of rounds, all outright bets on the match and bets on canceled or postponed fights will be voided.

Abandoned Fights

  • All bets will be voided for fights that are abandoned before completion unless otherwise stated or the bet has already been settled. Additionally, all bets will be voided in the event of a boxer being substituted.

Postponed/Rearranged Fights

Bout Prices

  • Winning bets must predict which boxer wins the fight.

Round Prices/Group Round Prices

  • Winning bets must predict the round or group of rounds in which the fight ends.
  • If the number of rounds in a bout is reduced by more than two, all bets will be void. If the reduction is by two or fewer rounds, only bets on the rounds not fought will be void, unless otherwise specified before the fight. In the event of a clash of heads or a low blow leading to the judges' scorecards determining the winner before the scheduled rounds are completed, the boxer declared the winner will be considered to have won by a stoppage at the time the bout was halted. All bets for 'Win on Points' require the full number of rounds to be completed for success. If either boxer fails to enter the ring after a bell, the fight will be deemed to have concluded in the previous round.
  • If a fight is stopped before the full number of rounds has been completed, or if a boxer is disqualified and a points decision is awarded, bets will be settled based on the round in which the fight was stopped.

How Will The Fight Be Won Prices/Method Of Victory

  • Winning bets must predict the method by which the fight will be won.
  • A knockout (KO) occurs when a boxer fails to stand up after a 10 count. A technical knockout (TKO) is declared if a boxer has been knocked down three times, or if the referee intervenes to halt the fight. Disqualification (DQ) is when a boxer is penalized for a foul and consequently loses the contest.
  • In boxing, a decision is based on the scorecard points awarded by the judges. A technical decision occurs when the fight cannot continue for reasons other than a knockout (KO), technical knockout (TKO), or disqualification (DQ). Regardless of whether the full scheduled rounds are completed, in the event of a technical decision, bets will be settled as either a fighter by decision or a draw, as no KO, TKO, or DQ has occurred.

Match Betting (3-way)

  • Settled on official referee ruling. A draw price will be offered.

Match Betting (2-way)

  • Settled on official referee ruling. All bets are void in case of a draw.

Total Rounds

  • To determine under/over bets for settlement purposes, if a half-round is specified, the halfway point of the round is considered. For instance, in a three-minute round, this point would be at 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  • If the fight doesn't last the full scheduled duration for any reason, all bets will be settled as "Fight Not to Go The Distance."
  • If the number of rounds for a fight is altered after this market has been established, all bets will remain valid unless the new number of rounds exceeds the initially quoted total.

Total Minutes

  • Successful bets must accurately predict the time interval (e.g., 6-10 minutes) corresponding to the total duration of the fight.

Fight Special Bets

Knockouts

  • In special bets involving knockdowns, a fighter must either be physically knocked down by their opponent and receive an official count from the referee, or the fighter is knocked down and the referee determines they are unable to continue, stopping the fight without requiring a count.

Odd/Even Round Betting

  • If the fight reaches its scheduled conclusion, all bets will be settled as losing bets.

Dead heats will only be acknowledged if both riders are classified with the same finishing position.

eSports

General rules - match markets

All esports markets are based on in-game score events or results at the end of a scheduled match/map. All settlements will occur using the official score and results, which are declared on the official video stream or the in-game stream of the relevant matches.
All match start dates and times displayed for Esports matches are for indication purposes only and are not guaranteed to be correct. Bets will stand if a match is offered with an incorrect date and/or time.
If a match is paused/postponed and not rescheduled to a later time within 24 hours of the actual scheduled start time, then all bets on that match will be voided. Should a match be postponed for exactly 24 hours, all bets will stand.
In case of matches with placeholder times, where the official times are yet to be announced, rule 3 does not apply. If the name of a player/team/tournament is misspelled, all bets will still stand unless it’s obvious that the misspelled name is the same as a different entity.
If a team name is changed due to a team leaving the organization, joining another organization, or due to an official change of team name, all bets will stand.
If the organizer of the event allows for stand-ins and there is an official result, all bets will result as normal.
If at least 50% of the team roster is replaced via a stand-in, all bets will be voided and a new fixture will be created.
In the case where there is an overruling of a match result by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances - such as cheating - all bets on that match will be voided. This rule is applicable within 72 hours from the end of the match, then we don't change the result of the tickets.
If a match has been declared as a walkover win by the tournament organizer, all bets will be void.
If one team retires during a match, only wagers on the completed individual maps will result. Match market, match side markets, and all other undecided map markets will be voided. Bets placed on any following maps that will be completed will result in the official results. However, any and all live offers will be suspended on this match and moved to a new match with a different match ID that will genuinely reflect the state of the match. The only exemption to this rule would be in this very situation: team A wins map 1 and proceeds to forfeit map 2. In this case, we would void all wagers on all undecided matches in map 2 markets and continue our offer within map 3 of the match.
All markets consider overtime unless stated otherwise in the market name.
If the match format is changed or differs from the one that is being offered, we reserve the right to void all bets.
If the fixture is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void all bets.
If a match is played before the scheduled start date/time, all bets placed after the actual start of the match will be refunded. All bets placed before the actual start of the match will stand. If a match or map is replayed due to an organizer or technical issues, all affected markets will be voided, while the replayed matches or maps will be handled separately as a new match.
If a game on the map starts with less than ten players, all bets on that map will be voided.

A manager WILL be considered to have lost his position before the end of the season if: a) he is placed on Gardening Leave, or b) he is reassigned to another role within the club, other than that of Permanent Manager. A manager WILL NOT be considered to have lost his position if, before the end of the season: a) the club announces that the manager will leave his post after the season ends, but he remains in charge until the conclusion of the last match of the season.

Unless specified either in conjunction with the bet offer or in the Sport Specific rules, all bets should be considered valid for the result at the end of "Regular Time" or "Full Time" only. "Regular Time" or "Full Time" is defined according to the official rules published by the respective governing association. For example, in football, full time is 90 minutes including injury time. If the governing association decides, before the start of the event, that the event is to be played over a different duration, this will be treated as the official rules for that event. However, this only applies to the "regular" playing time and does not include any prolongation such as extra time or overtime, unless explicitly stated. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of the length of the event before placing their bet.

Rules for Matches with Unusual Time Formats for Pre-Match Bets:

**Void Matches:**

Only matches that are played for less than 45 minutes or more than 120 minutes will be voided.

**Time Format Examples:**

**2 x 40 minutes:** Treated similarly to 2 x 45 minutes.

**1 x 50 minutes:** Split into two halves of 25 minutes each.
Goals until minute 24:59 = 1st half.
From 25:00 to the end = 2nd half.

**3 x 30 minutes:**
Goals until minute 45 (including 44:59 match time) = 1st half.
From 45:00 to the end = 2nd half.

**Odd Minute Halftime Calculation:**
If halftime odds are offered and the match is played in odd minutes, the halftime will be calculated using the rule: \((FT/2) + 0.5\) minutes.
For example, for a 1 x 75 minutes match:
Halftime = \((75/2) + 0.5\) minutes = 38 minutes (until 37:59 match time).

**4 x 30 minutes:** Treated as two 60 minute halves.

These rules are designed to ensure fairness and consistency in the settlement of bets for matches played with unusual time formats.

Live In-Play Supported Formats:

Supported Formats:
**2 x 45 minutes**
**2 x 40 minutes**
**2 x 35 minutes**
**2 x 30 minutes**
**2 x 25 minutes**

Short Notice Format Changes:

If there is a short notice format change of less than 5 minutes per half (e.g., from 2 x 45 to 2 x 40):

**Halftime markets** for the affected timeframe will be voided.

If the format change is larger:

**All markets** for the affected timeframe will be voided in Live Odds.

Special Case:

**3 x 30 minutes**:

This format is covered using the same halftime logic as in pre-match, treating it as 2 x 45 minutes.

Not Supported Formats:

Formats lasting more than 90 minutes in total are not covered in Live Odds.

**All markets** for these formats will be voided.

These rules ensure the integrity of live in-play betting by providing clear guidelines on how different match formats and unexpected changes are handled.

Postponed or Not Played Fixture Betting Rules

Regular League Season Fixtures:

**Postponed or Not Played on Scheduled Date:**

All bets will stand for **48 hours**.

If the fixture is not played within 48 hours, all bets will be void.

Non-Regular Season Matches:

**Cup Matches, Play-Off Matches, Tournament Matches:**

All bets will stand for **72 hours**.

If the fixture is not played within 72 hours, all bets will be void.

These rules provide clear guidelines for handling bets on fixtures that are postponed or not played as scheduled, ensuring fairness and clarity for bettors.

Long-term markets within the game will still stand. For example, to qualify for the tie.
To Qualify wagers will be resolved based on the official outcome of the event on the day and not on any subsequent ruling by the governing authority.
Bets on teams to be relegated will be finalized according to the final league standings at the end of the season, rather than any later determinations by the governing body.
Top Goalscorer: Markets for the league's leading goalscorer will encompass divisional playoff matches. Dead Heat regulations will be enforced.
Singles and upwards are accepted in all matches.
In cases where Outright or To Qualify odds are available for a match, they will signify the odds for a team to advance to the next round of the competition or to win the cup, including any extra time and penalty shootouts. If both match odds and outright odds are provided for a match, it will be assumed that bets are for match odds unless specifically requested for outright win or qualification odds.
Bets will be accepted until the actual kick-off time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted that includes a match after its kick-off time, the match will be considered void.
Goal Scorer Markets: Goal Scorer Disputes: If there is a disagreement regarding the identity of the goal scorer, the resolution will be determined based on the verdict provided by the official governing body, such as UEFA for the Champions League or FIFA for World Cup Qualifiers.
First/Last/Next Goalscorer: A wager will be available for "No Goalscorer" in the match. Own goals will not be considered, and if the first/next goal is an own goal, the subsequent scorer will be recognized as the first goalscorer. Players who do not participate in the match will result in void bets. In first/next goalscorer bets, players not involved in the match before the first goal is scored will be void. We strive to list all players for a team, but if the first/last/next goal is scored by a player not originally listed, that player will still be considered the winner. For last goalscorer bets, any player participating in the match will be considered active, regardless of whether they are on the field at the time of the last goal.
Anytime Goalscorer: This wager entails predicting whether a specific player or team will score a goal at any point during a match. Bets will remain valid until the final whistle and will not include any Extra Time played. Own goals will not be considered. Multiple bets involving any time scorers in the same match are permitted. For any time scorer bets, any player participating in the match will be considered active.
First Goalscorer Insurance: In cases where First Goalscorer Insurance is provided, successful bets will be paid at the original odds if the chosen player scores the first goal during regular 90 minutes of play. However, any subsequent goals scored by the selected player during the same period, excluding own goals, will result in the bet being settled as a loss, but the stake will be refunded, subject to any maximum refund limits in place at the time. Goalscorer Head to Head (H2H): Both players need to start the match for bets to stand.
Scorecast: This bet involves predicting both the first goal scorer and the correct score in a double. As the two components of this double are interconnected, the scorecast is offered at specific, reduced odds. If the designated scorer has not entered the field of play before the first goal is scored, the bet will be settled as a single on the correct score. Own goals are not considered, and if the first goal is an own goal, the scorecast will be settled based on the correct score coupled with the next goal scorer. In the event that own goals are the only goals scored in the match, or if the match ends in a 0-0 draw, bets on all players who participated in the match at any time will be considered losing bets.
Shirt Numbers: This wager entails predicting whether the combined shirt numbers of the goalscorers in the match fall below, within, or above a specified range. Own goals are included in the count. If there is uncertainty regarding a goalscorer, the settlement will be determined by the official ruling of the governing body immediately after the match concludes. This market is applicable only for the 90 minutes of regular play (plus injury time). In instances where no team is designated as the home team, such as games played at neutral venues, the team listed on the left-hand side will be considered the home team for sub-market bets, and the score on the right-hand side will be attributed to the away team.
Correct Score: We will provide a comprehensive list of correct score options based on our judgment. If the final correct score was not included in the original list, it will still be considered a winning outcome.
Total Goal Minutes – Aggregate Goal Minutes: In this market, any goal scored during injury time in the first half will be considered 45 minutes, and any goal scored during injury time in the second half will be counted as 90 minutes. For instance, if Liverpool scores in the 21st minute, Arsenal scores in the 65th minute, and Liverpool scores again in the 83rd minute, the total goal minutes will be 169 minutes. This total is then compared to the quoted spread of total goal minutes.
Anytime Score: Winning bets must predict the score at any time during the match.
Time Band Markets: To settle bets, the following table will be referenced to determine the time period within which a goal is deemed to have been scored.
The settlement will rely on recorded goal times sourced from the official websites of the relevant competitions. In cases where such data is not publicly accessible, information provided by our data providers will be utilized.
Own goals will be attributed solely to the team credited with the goal. For instance, if the away team scores an own goal when the match clock reads 25:15, it will be recorded as a home goal scored at 25:15.
Time of First Goal / Home Team Time of First Goal / Away Team Time of First Goal / Time of Last Goal / Home Team Time of Last Goal / Away Team Time of Last Goal: Successful bets must correctly forecast the time frame within which the first goal / first goal by the home team / first goal by the away team / last goal / last goal by the home team / last goal by the away team is scored.
Goals Scored Between Minutes: Successful bets require predicting whether a goal will be scored within the specified time frame indicated in the market title. For example, a wager on the "Yes" selection in the "Goal Scored Between 61 – 75 Mins" market will win if either the home or away team scores a goal during the 61 – 75 minutes time band. Win/Draw/Win Between Minutes: To win, bets must forecast the outcome (1/X/2) according to the number of goals scored by either team during the designated time frame. For instance, if the first half ends with a score of 2-1 in favor of the home team, and no goals are scored in the second half during the 46 – 60 minutes time band, the result for "Win/Draw/Win Between 46 – 60 Mins" would be 'X'.
Goal Scored Before Minute (included): Successful bets require predicting whether a goal will be scored before the specified minute indicated in the market title expires. For instance, a wager on the "Yes" selection in the "Goal Scored Before 30th Minute (included)" market will win if either team scores a goal before 30:00 has elapsed on the match clock.
The settlement will rely on recorded goal times sourced from the official websites of the relevant competitions. If such data is not publicly accessible, information provided by our data providers will be used.
Corners: A corners bet entails predicting whether the match will produce fewer than, exactly, or more than a specific number of corners. Only corners that are actually taken will be counted; corners that are awarded but not taken (for example, if a corner is awarded but the half-time whistle blows before it's taken) will not be included in the count.
First Corner: A first corner bet requires selecting which team will take the first corner of the match. If no corners are taken during the match, all bets will be voided.
Most Corners: Predict which team will finish the match with a higher number of corners, taking into account any handicap (if applicable). The handicap is applied to the final corner count for each team to determine the winner of the handicap bet.
Bookings/Betting on the Number of Cards: In this context, a yellow card is counted as 1, while a red card or a yellow-red card is counted as 2. A second yellow card for one player resulting in a yellow-red card is considered a single card. Therefore, one player can receive a maximum of 3 cards. Cards issued to players not on the pitch and to managing staff are not included in this bet. Any sendings-off that occur after the final whistle are not counted for betting purposes.
Booking Points: In this system, we allocate booking points for red and yellow cards, allowing you to bet on the total number of points you believe will be accumulated during a match. A yellow card earns 10 points, and a red card earns 25 points. If a player receives 2 yellow cards and is subsequently shown a red card, they will receive a total of 35 booking points.
Settlement will be based on all available evidence for cards shown during the regular time of play. Any cards shown or rescinded after the match will not be taken into consideration for settlement purposes.
Match Handicap: In this type of bet, a particular team is given a specific number of goals as a handicap. This handicap is then added to the number of goals the team scores at the end of the match. The objective is to predict which team will win the match after the handicap has been factored into the final outcome.
Total Goals: In this type of bet, you choose whether a designated group of matches will result in fewer than, within, or more than a specific range of goals. If any match is postponed or abandoned, then 2.5 goals will be awarded for that match. If more than one-third of the matches in the group are postponed or abandoned, then all bets will be canceled.
Time Of First Goal/Booking: As determined by the official governing body, all goal and booking times will be rounded to the nearest minute.
Injury Time Minutes: As per the Fourth Officials Board
Team to Win Both Halves: In order to win this bet, the designated team must score more goals than the opposing team in both halves of the match..
Team to score next Goal: Own goals count and the winner will be the team credited with the goal.
Method of Next Goal: "Direct Free Kick" means the goal must be scored directly from the free kick. "Direct Free Kick/Penalty" and "Own Goal" do not count as a "shot" for this market. In case of any dispute regarding how a goal was scored, the company's decision is final.
Odd/Even: For the purposes of the odd/even market, zero goals count as even.
Both Teams To Score: The Yes selection, both teams must score in the match. The No selection is for either or both teams not to score.
Ante Post Betting: The final league positions will determine the winners of all-season match bets. If a team fails to complete all its listed fixtures throughout the season, all match bets and team total points bets will be voided. Outright bets will be considered losers in such cases.
Ante Post Relegation Betting: This type of bet pertains to teams that finish in the relegation positions as determined by the relevant league before the season commences. Teams that finished outside the relegation zone but were later relegated due to financial irregularities or other non-performance-related factors are not considered in this betting market.
Country to proceed furthest: If an equal round of elimination, dead-heat rules apply.
Who Wins The Rest Of The Match: In this market, the match is treated as if it were 0-0 from the current point onward. For example, if the current score is 2-1 and the match ends 2-2, the correct settlement of this market would be the away team winning 0-1.
Next Manager to Leave His Post: This market applies to the current season, with the season's cut-off date being when the final round of match fixtures is considered complete. If no manager has left his position by the cut-off date, then the "No Manager to Leave" option will be considered the market winner.
Next Permanent Manager: If a Caretaker/Interim manager oversees 10 or more competitive games in charge of the first team, they will be considered the next permanent manager. A "Director of Football" will not be counted for this market. In the case of such a hierarchy, the First Team Coach will be treated as the Next Permanent Manager. We strive to include all potential new managers on our betting list, with any others available upon request. If the newly appointed manager is not listed, all bets will remain valid.
What Will Happen Next: Occasionally, we may provide a market titled "What Will Happen Next This Weekend" or "What Will Happen Next Today". This is settled based on what event occurs first in real-time, not by the minute of the games.
If any player selected for any bet type does not start the game then all bets on that player shall be Auto Voided.

Player Markets

If a player was not included in the starting lineup, the bet will be voided.

Asian Handicaps

An Asian handicap is a market designed to balance the odds by applying a handicap to the match. The handicap line ranges from Scratch (0, also known as Level Ball) up to any number of goals to ensure that each team has comparable odds. The handicap line increases from Scratch in "Quarter Goals" or "Quarter Balls," expressed as + or - 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1 1/4, 1 1/2, and so on, reflecting the anticipated dominance of one team over the other.
In a match, the favorite will be assigned a negative handicap, indicated by a (-) symbol. The favorite must win by more goals than the handicap in order for the bet to be successful. On the other hand, the underdog will be given a positive handicap, denoted by a (+) symbol, which will be added to the final score for the purposes of the bet.
Whole-ball and half-ball handicaps involve applying the handicap to the final outcome of the match. The team with the most goals after the handicap has been applied will be declared the winner. If the number of goals for each team is equal after the handicap has been applied, it will result in a push, with the stake being returned.
A split ball handicap occurs when the level of favoritism is between a half ball and a whole ball. The handicap is presented as 0: 1/4. In this scenario, the stake is evenly divided between the whole ball and half ball handicaps.

Mythical Matches:

In mythical matches, the win/draw/win market is established based on hypothetical matchups between two teams in a round of fixtures, solely for betting purposes. The team that scores the most goals in their real match is considered the winner. If both teams score the same number of goals, the outcome will be settled as a draw. For bets to stand, both real matches must be completed. Standard soccer rules apply.

Futsal

All matches are settled based on the full-time result, with extra time not being taken into account.
Abandoned or postponed matches will be voided.

Gaelic Sports

If the advertised venue changes, bets will remain valid as long as the match takes place within the original county. However, if the match is switched to the opponent's ground, the match will be declared void.
Matches will be settled on the day’s match result, regardless of any post-match decisions.
All bets on postponed matches will remain valid if the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
Where a match is postponed and not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets will be void.
In the event of a match being abandoned before completion, all markets on that match will be void, unless a definitive result for that market has already been determined prior to abandonment.
Match Betting: All bets will be settled based on the outcome at 60 or 70 minutes of play, as advertised. The term "60/70 minutes play" refers to the period of play including stoppage time added by the match officials, but does not include scheduled extra time.
Goalscorer Markets - In case of a dispute regarding the award of a goal, the settlement will follow the result provided by the GAA after the conclusion of the match. Any subsequent changes to the result will be disregarded for settlement purposes.

Bets on Anytime Goalscorer will be void if the player does not participate in the game. However, if the player takes part in the game, the bets will stand.
Total Match Points - All bets are settled based on the final result at the end of normal time, including any injury time. Extra time is not taken into account for settlement.
Player Points - Bets will be settled based on the selected player's total score, including goals, with extra time not considered. If the player does not start the game, bets will be voided.
Footballer and Hurler of the Year markets will be settled based on the winners of the official GAA/GPA awards.

Outright Betting

Non-Starter - No bet. Rule 4 may apply. If a player tees off, they will count as an entrant. If they later retire, they will be settled as a loser. Playoffs will determine win bets. Each Way bets are subject to dead heat rules.
In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or the event being shortened for any reason, the certified end result will govern payment regardless of the number of rounds concluded.
If a bet is placed and there is no additional play, or the additional play does not count for the official result, those bets will be canceled.

Tournament Match Bets:

A price will be offered for the tie, and in case of a tie, bets on either competitor to win will be lost. Playoffs will count for settlement purposes if one competitor wins the event. If one competitor misses the cut, the other is considered the winner. If both competitors miss the cut, then the one with the lowest score will be deemed the winner. If a competitor is disqualified, either prior to the conclusion of two rounds or after both competitors have made the cut, the other competitor is deemed the winner. If a competitor is disqualified after making the cut, when their opponent has already missed the cut, the disqualified competitor is deemed the winner.
In the event of bad weather reducing the total number of holes, if 36 (or more) holes have been completed, all bets will stand.

If a competitor does not start the round, then the 3 ball will be void. Dead-heat rules will apply. Once all competitors have started the round, they are considered runners.

18 hole 2 ball betting:

A price will be offered for the tie. Once both competitors have started the round, they are considered runners. If a competitor retires during the round, his/her opponent will be considered the winner as long as they complete the round in full.
In a two-runner event, if the price for the tie exists and the result is a tie, bets on both competitors are losers. If no price exists for the tie and a tie is the result, all bets will be canceled.
In a team competition such as the Ryder Cup, if a match is not finished and the competitors agree to end playing, bets will be settled based on the certified outcome declared by the competition's governing body.

Finishing Position:

When multiple players share an official finishing position, such as three players all tied for 7th place, the position used for settlement purposes will be considered 7th place.

Handball

Unless otherwise specified, all bets will be settled based on the score at the end of regulation time, excluding any overtime played.
An unplayed or postponed match will be considered a 'non-runner' for settlement purposes unless it is played within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time. If the venue for a match is changed, all bets placed based on the original venue will be voided and stakes refunded.
Specifically for any competition that employs a Mercy Rule, if such a rule is invoked during a match, all bets will be settled based on the score at that time.

8. If the conclusion of a two-runner event results in a tie, or draw, or exactly matches the number of quoted points, and no price is offered for this outcome, then the result is considered a "push". In such cases, single bets will have their stakes returned, and for multiple bets, the selection is treated as a non-runner. The bet will be settled based on the remaining selections.
9. For the Type of First 2 Minute Penalty market, "Other includes: all penalties not specifically mentioned, such as if the First Penalty is a Double Minor (2 Minutes), and including No Penalty in the Match. Dead heat rules apply in the event of two different types of penalties being dealt out simultaneously as the first penalty of the match."

For Anytime Goalscorer bets, any player participating in the match will be considered a participant.
12. First/Last/Next Goalscorer - Players who do not participate in the match will result in void bets. While every effort is made to quote all players for a team, if the first/last/next goal is scored by a player not originally quoted, that player will still count as the winner. For First/Last/Next Goalscorer bets, any player participating in the match will be considered a participant, whether they are on the ice at the time of the goal or not.

Motor Racing

General Motor Racing Rules:

Outright Team/Driver Championship Betting: Bets on participants who do not end up competing for any reason will be considered losing bets. Settlement will be determined by the points accumulated immediately following the podium presentation of the final race of the season and will not be affected by subsequent inquiries.
Individual Race/Meeting Betting: All bets are settled whether the participant competes or not. In the event of disqualification, the podium presentation will determine the settlement of bets. The start of any motor race is marked by the commencement of the warm-up lap. Any driver on the grid at this time, failing to be classified as finished under the certified body rules, will be considered a runner and a non-finisher.
Match Bets: Bets are settled based on the driver who finishes in the best position. Completion of the race by both drivers is not necessary. If neither driver finishes, the one who has completed the most laps will be declared the winner. If both drivers withdraw having completed the same number of laps, all bets will be canceled.
Qualifying Match Bets: Settlement is based on the driver who sets the quickest time in the qualifying round. Time penalties or grid demotions do not affect this result. If a driver does not participate in the qualifying round, bets on that match bet will be voided. If a driver competes but fails to set a time, they are considered a runner, and bets will stand.
To Qualify In Pole Position: Settlement is based on the driver announced as qualifying on the pole directly following the end of the qualifying round. Subsequent demotions or disqualifications do not affect the result.
Fastest Lap: Settlement is based on the driver formally confirmed to have achieved the fastest lap of the race.
Podium/Points Finish: Settlement is based on the drivers who finish the race in podium/points positions, with the podium presentation serving as the final determination. Subsequent inquiries do not affect the settlement.
All bets will be settled based on the official result.

Formula 1

All Formula One bet results are determined by the FIA's certified classification at the time of the podium presentation.
To Be Classified: In Grand Prix betting, whether a driver is classified or not classified is determined by FIA regulations.
The certified classification is typically available in most daily newspapers the following morning or can be found on the website www.fia.com.
First Driver to Retire: The driver must start the first formation lap. Bet settlement is based on which lap number a car retires on. If more than one car retires on the same lap, dead-heat rules apply. Drivers classified as DNS (Did Not Start) in official results will result in voided bets.

Will There Be a Safety Car?

Virtual Safety Car periods are not considered. If the race begins under the Safety Car, all bets related to the Safety Car market will be settled as Yes. If the race concludes under Safety Car conditions but the safety car has not had time to reach the front of the leading car, this market will also be settled as Yes.

Motorbike Racing:

Riders who are in place for the start of the warm-up lap for race 1 are considered runners for that race. Any riders withdrawing from Race 2 after Race 1 will be classified as losers for the settlement of Race 2.

If there's a change in the match venue, existing bets will remain valid if the home team is still designated as such. However, if the home and away teams are reversed from the original listing, bets made based on the original listing will be voided.
A game must be completed in full for bets to stand unless the settlement of bets is already determined.

  • If both competitors are eliminated in the same round of a competition before the final, bets will be made void.

Postponed Events

  • If any event/match is postponed, bets will stand providing the event is rescheduled to take place before the closing ceremony. This rule supersedes any of the individual sports’ postponement rules.

If a match is abandoned before the final whistle, only bets that can be settled at the time of abandonment will stand; all other bets will be canceled.
Winning margin betting starts from scratch. Bets are accepted up to the actual kick-off time. If a bet is accidentally accepted which includes a match after its kick-off time, the match will be treated as a non-runner.
In first-try scorer bets, penalty tries are not counted. Every effort is made to list all players for a team, but if the first or last try is scored by a player not originally quoted, that player will still be considered the winner.
For Divisional and Title Betting, the finishing position of teams at the end of the scheduled season determines places. This includes points deductions applied by the league before the end of the season. End-of-season playoffs and penalties incurred by clubs after the end of the season will not be considered.
